Shipping policy

All packages are shipped (worldwide!) via USPS from NYC. We do our best to ship in 2-5 days but occasionally there are delays as we are a very small team of two people <3

Please ensure your address is entered correctly and the package is being sent to a secure location!

All items are shipped with USPS tracking which sometimes takes a few days to be processed after packages are picked up, if tracking shows the item is delivered we are no longer responsible. If an item is missing/stolen you need to contact the postal service or property insurance as we are not financially responsible for items that go missing after shipping. We are not able to file missing package claims out your behalf.

*INTERNATIONAL: All international orders pose the risk of shipping delays and additional customs fees which are handled through the postal service/customs. If your package goes unclaimed and is sent back, we will send you a refund for your items but you will NOT be refunded for shipping as international shipping is non-refundable.*

Tracking is sent out automatically via email from our website platform Shopify. If you have not received an email yet it means we are still preparing your order for shipment.
