All items are shipped with USPS tracking, if tracking shows the item is delivered we are no longer responsible. Please ship to a SAFE AND SECURE ADDRESS. If an item is missing/stolen AFTER delivery you need to contact the postal service or property insurance as we cannot replace/refund items if tracking shows the package delivered to your address.

Tracking is sent out via email from our website platform Shopify (check junk mail!). If you have not received an email yet it means we are still fulfilling your order.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Order at your own risk (other items are fine this issue is specifically with knuckle jewelry)! We have had one report of a package being disposed of at Australian customs.

All international orders pose the risk shipping customs delays and additional customs fees which are handled through the postal service/customs. If your package goes unclaimed and is sent back, we will send you a refund for your items but you will NOT be refunded for shipping as international shipping is non-refundable.
