All items are shipped with USPS tracking, if tracking shows the item is delivered we are no longer responsible. Please ship to a SAFE AND SECURE ADDRESS. If an item is missing/stolen AFTER delivery you need to contact the postal service or property insurance as we cannot replace/refund items if tracking shows the package delivered to your address.
